WORSHIP SERVICE INFORMATION FOR SUNDAY 07/03/2011

Praise God saints! Do you remember that Jesus said in Mathew 11:30: "For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." Do you find that a reality in your life? We know it is true because Jesus said it is, but our challenge is to make it our personal reality. I believe that this week as we continue in series entitled..."The Lord as Our Shepherd" part 6, we find the way to do it.
Here David speaking of God declares: "He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake"  (NIV)

Here is the text…
TEXT: Psalm 23
1 The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures; he leads me beside still waters,
3 he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake.
4 Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil,
for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
6 Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD    forever.

WHAT THE SERMON IS ABOUT: This sixth week the sermon is about how we as Christians need to follow the Lord's lead.

SUGGESTED CHILDREN'S MESSAGE: Let’s teach the children the lesson of doing what God wants them to do.
